At ATC, our goal is to provide you, the customer with quality repairs and service. Our service technicians are experienced in all phases of the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration fields. Also, since our industry is constantly changing with new technology, we encourage and pay for all additional training schools our employees wish to attend.

Flat Rate Pricing

ATC uses a flat rate pricing system in our service department. When our technicians arrive at your home, they will perform a diagnostic check on your system. A $49.95 fee in most areas. After diagnosing the problem, they will quote you a flat rate repair fee that includes labor and materials that will be added to the diagnostic fee. The flat rate system means you pay the same price as everyone else on equal repairs not matter how long it takes our technician to complete the repair.

Service Requests

Our dispatching and scheduling system allows us to respond to your needs quickly. ATC has made a substantial investment in service equipment and parts for our service vehicles. This allows our technicians to make repairs in a prompt, timely and professional manner. Also, we provide emergency repair service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Equipment Serviced

We service all brands of forced air heat, hot water heat and air conditioning systems. In most cases we can handle warranty repairs through most manufacturers. Also, we provide maintenance service contracts for both residential and commercial customers. As an ATC maintenance account holder, you will receive regularly scheduled, preventative maintenance visits, priority scheduling on repair requests and a contract discount on flat rate service fees.
